Hi everyone! I have this question. Recently somewhere I saw a description of a ritual with a candle of intention. The idea is to first "say goodbye to the old" and then "welcome the new". Can something like this work? I've never tried anything like this, but I'd like to learn more. Do any of you have experience with such rituals?

Rituals with candles is a powerful tool, but it requires focus and the right approach. It is important that you clearly define your intention and visualize yourself fulfilling it. Remember, you are the one who gives the magic its power! 😉

The lady who performed the rituals for me gave me candles handmade by herself as I performed the ritual together with her. Plus a lot of other things, but the candles were just one of many elements, and as written above I think there really is power in them if they are prepared sincerely and by hand for the intention of the person for whom the ritual is performed. I will honestly say that I tried burning candles and visualization, but unfortunately on the store-bought ones it did not work for me as it did during the rituals performed.

@arkania The color of the candle plays an important role. For example, red symbolizes love and passion, green symbolizes abundance, and white symbolizes purification. It is advisable to choose the color according to your intention. 😊

What about the phases of the moon? Is it true that it is better to perform rituals during the new or full moon?

@argos The lunar cycle has a great impact on the energy of rituals. The new moon promotes new beginnings and purification, while the full moon strengthens intentions and manifests desires.

And can ordinary candles be used, or must they be special ritual candles?

And what do you think about the additives to the ritual? Can talismans, stones or incense enhance its effect?

@daneczka As much as possible! Additions to the ritual can enhance your intention and create an even more magical atmosphere. Stones and talismans have their own energy that you can use to support your goals. For example, amethyst promotes harmony and tranquility, while citrine attracts success and abundance. Choose the ones that resonate with your intention and that you like.

@daneczka Remember that extras should be meaningful to you. You don't have to have everything we have listed. One stone or talisman that is close to you and that supports your intention is enough. You can also use items that you associate with harmony and success, such as a pen, a book or a wisdom symbol. It is important that you feel that these items They give you strength and motivation.
